SHIPPING POLICY
At the moment Shipping method is available only in Albania and Kosovo.
We have 2 common payment methods. You can pay cash on delivery or by e-commerce (PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card)
Note: At the moment, payment with electronic commerce is blocked, during this time you will pay in cash.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed.
You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We send pictures of the art during the creation. We keep in touch with each customer assuring customer satisfaction. You can exchange your artwork during creation. You can return your artwork at delivery, after checking it. We strongly believe that customer is always right. We cannot accept any return after the product has been delivered successfully and the customer has agreed that it was the best for him/her.
